Any performance figures shown on this website — including the historical monthly ranges of approximately 5–8% for the gold spot–futures arbitrage strategy and 15–20% for the forex multi-pair strategy — are historical results from live trading over the periods stated. They are provided for information only. They are not a forecast, projection, promise or guarantee of future performance. Future returns may be lower, may be zero, or may be negative. Individual results will vary depending on the timing of your entry, the size of your capital, broker conditions and market events.

2. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results

Financial markets change. A strategy that has performed well historically may perform poorly, or lose money, in the future. Market regimes, volatility, liquidity, interest rates, exchange policies and regulation can all change in ways that affect a strategy's profitability. Where figures on this website are marked as "illustrative", they are representative examples and not a record of any specific account.

3. Nature of the products traded

Our strategies trade foreign exchange (forex), derivatives (including futures and perpetual contracts) and/or digital assets. These products are typically traded with leverage. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses: a relatively small market movement can have a proportionately larger impact on your account, and losses can accumulate rapidly. Digital-asset markets in particular are highly volatile and may be subject to sudden regulatory changes, exchange outages or counterparty failure.

4. Strategy-specific risks

Gold Spot–Futures Arbitrage

• Basis risk: the spread between spot and futures prices may narrow, disappear or invert, reducing or eliminating expected returns.
• Execution risk: the two legs of a trade may not fill simultaneously or at expected prices, resulting in unintended exposure.
• Counterparty risk: the failure, insolvency or suspension of a broker may result in loss.
• Funding and financing risk: funding rates on perpetual contracts and borrowing costs can change and become unfavourable.

Forex Multi-Pair Algorithm

• Market risk: the strategy takes directional positions and will experience losing trades, losing days and periods of drawdown.
• Model risk: a rule-based system may underperform when market behaviour differs from the conditions under which it was developed and tested.
• Gap and news risk: price gaps over weekends or around economic announcements may cause stop-loss orders to execute at worse prices than intended.
• Liquidity risk: in stressed markets, spreads widen and execution quality deteriorates.

5. Automated trading and technology risk

Our strategies are executed by automated software connected to your trading account. Automated systems are subject to risks including software errors, connectivity failures, server outages, data-feed errors, broker platform malfunctions and delays. Any of these may result in trades not being placed, being placed incorrectly, or not being closed as intended, and may cause losses. While we monitor systems and maintain safeguards, no technology is infallible.

6. Third-party strategies

Capital Flow Algo does not develop all of the strategies it offers. Certain strategies are licensed from third-party quantitative developers. While we evaluate and monitor these strategies, we do not control their underlying code and cannot guarantee their continued availability, performance or behaviour. A strategy may be modified, suspended or withdrawn by its developer or by us at any time.

7. Custody and broker risk

Client funds are held in the client's own account with a third-party broker. Capital Flow Algo does not hold, receive, control or have withdrawal access to client funds. Your relationship with the broker is governed by the broker's own terms, regulatory status and client-money arrangements. Capital Flow Algo is not responsible for the acts, omissions, solvency or regulatory compliance of any broker, exchange or payment provider. You should independently satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the broker.

8. No investment advice

Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a personal recommendation.
